Analyze financial performance and prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports. Manage capital structure, monitor expenses and develop financial policies and
procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Manage cash flow, conduct financial due diligence for potential Acquisitions, mergers, or partnerships. Evaluate financial risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
